We’re seeking a seasoned Mortgage Pipeline Manager to act as the vital link between our sales and processing departments. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving efficiency, compliance, and profitability across our mortgage pipeline. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the mortgage loan pipeline—from initial submission to closing—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Conduct pre-submission reviews to confirm correct loan structuring and adherence to investor, agency, and state-specific guidelines.

• Restructure and rework loans to enhance approval rates while maintaining compliance and profitability.

• Manage all aspects of rate locks, re-locks, and extensions; monitor market trends to ensure optimal loan pricing.

• Leverage compliance tools to proactively identify and resolve potential regulatory issues.

• Collaborate closely with sales leaders and processors to ensure seamless loan movement and effective communication.

• Train and support sales and operations staff on mortgage regulations, product updates, and best practices.

• Identify pipeline bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure timely loan progression.

• Provide detailed pipeline reporting and recommend operational improvements based on trends and metrics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in mortgage lending with hands-on experience in pipeline management, underwriting, or processing.

• Deep knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan products and state-specific lending guidelines.

• Skilled in using loan origination systems, pricing/locking tools, and compliance platforms

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

• Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving approach and attention to regulatory detail.

• Clear and professional communication style, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams.
