Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:


We are hiring for an exciting opportunity in residential mortgage operations with a leading global financial institution. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in mortgage loan processing, particularly those who are comfortable working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments. You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure that all loan documentation—including title, insurance, and collateral—meets compliance standards and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the order services process by requesting, reviewing, and validating key loan documents (title, insurance, etc.)
  • Review title and insurance documents to ensure alignment with lender guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Clear processing conditions within the loan system (insurance, title, disclosure, collateral)
  • Track loan status and proactively monitor documents for expiration prior to closing
  • Collaborate with mortgage specialists and internal stakeholders to meet cycle time and client expectations
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage loan processing experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality loan production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical abilities
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Superior customer service focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required


Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet production and quality goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced, compliance-oriented environments
