Job Title : Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant/Expert

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic M&E Consultant to join our team. The M&E consultant will support the organization’s efforts to measure and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational goals. The consultant will work closely with the startups to collect, analyze, and report data, contributing to the enhancement of program effectiveness and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft monitoring and evaluation reports, including visualizations (charts, graphs).
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of databases.
• Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure M&E activities align with project objectives.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in data collection or analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• High degree of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for social impact and development projects.

Duration:

• This is a contractual job.
• Agreement to be reviewed post 6 months.

Mode:  Work from office

Work Hours: 8.5 hours/day and 3 days/week, timing 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: B-37, Tower B, Sector-1, Noida, Near GAIL India Limited, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Compensation: Up to 50k/month
