Job Title: Molding Operator

Location: Bloomfield, IA
Position Type: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays)
Hourly: Molding Operator - $22.96/hour + Shift Premium
 

Key Responsibilities Molding Operator:

• Set up and remove molds to produce quality parts.
• Troubleshoot the molding process to resolve issues effectively.
• Perform repairs, address oil and water leaks, and complete required documentation.
• Execute material changes and measure parts accurately.
• Provide break coverage for Molding Operators as needed.
• Performs calibration functions on processing equipment
  ⦁    Uses basic power tools
  ⦁    Measures pipe and verifies dimensional tolerances are within criteria
  ⦁    Prepares product for shipping per packaging requirements
  ⦁    Assists teammates with plant procedures

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of related experience
• Demonstrated work history of shift work
• General knowledge and experience using power tools
• Basic computer and math skills

Shifts Molding Set up:

• 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

• Starting wage Molding Operator : $22.96/hour plus a shift premium.
