Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Model Based Systems Engineer II in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities: Utilize model-based engineering methodologies to design and develop complex systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architectures. Create and maintain system models using industry-standard tools (e.g., SysML). Conduct analyses and simulations to validate system models and assess performance. Generate and maintain system documentation, including models, diagrams, and specifications. Participate in system integration and testing activities. Provide guidance on model-based engineering best practices to project teams. Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in model-based engineering. Job Requirements 3 years of profession experience performing Model Based Systems Engineering principles Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering Knowledge of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) Experience with coss-platform collaborative MBSE/digital environment or equivalent (e.e., MagicDraw/Cameo Systems Modeler, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, Rational Rhapsody, Systems Architect, etc.) which provide tools to design, track, visualize, and analyze all aspects of sytesm in standard-compliant models and diagrams Knowledge of the Department of Defense Architecture Framework/Unified Architecture Framework (DoDAF/UAF) Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Research, Sciences, Math or other related fields Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $105,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
