ThunderSoft, a leading provider of OS technologies, solutions, and services, is looking for an Aftermarket Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team of experts in the telecommunications industry for our customer - Xiaomi.

Responsibilities

• Conduct localization testing independently in your region.
• Follow test cases efficiently and deliver accurate, reliable results.
• Track and resolve issues found during testing, ensuring a complete resolution.
• Work with R&D to debug regional or intermittent issues and provide effective log data.
• Provide on-site support to users for regional problem resolution.
• Develop and refine test cases specific to the region.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in communication systems or related fields.
• Knowledge of local network structures, operator details, and related information.
• Experience with debugging tools like ADB and QXDM is preferred.
• Familiarity with Android systems and basic testing methods.
• Prior experience in mobile phone localization testing is preferred.
