Location: Baytown, Texas

Compensation: $150,000


Our client is a growing industrial services company specializing in advanced cleaning solutions for heat exchangers and piping systems. They’re seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to lead field teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain safety standards, and strengthen client relationships across multiple sites.


What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Manage mobile crews at customer job sites, ensuring they’re trained, well-equipped, and operating safely.
  • Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback.
  • Build and maintain work schedules that meet client needs and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel and materials.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits and safety audits to uphold HSE standards.
  • Perform field inspections to verify service quality and adherence to client expectations.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance performance and outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client site operations.
  • Address service issues or concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Track and maintain inventory, tools, and equipment; coordinate maintenance as needed.
  • Support budget tracking for field activities; monitor labor and supply usage.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular operations reports to leadership.


What You Bring

Experience & Education

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2+ years in operations or field service management, ideally in industrial or oil & gas environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with mobile fleet and asset management software.
  • Knowledge of remote operations and mobile logistics.
  • Strong decision-making, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to travel and work in remote field locations when needed.
