Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mobile Repair Trainer with strong hands-on experience in smartphone and tablet repairs and a solid background as a Senior Engineer in the mobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for travelling across the region to provide on-site technical training and support to in-store repair technicians. This role is critical to ensuring high service quality, consistency, and technical excellence at all customer touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on training on smartphone diagnostics, repair techniques, software troubleshooting, and hardware replacements.


Travel to retail and service locations across the region to train and upskill in-store technicians.


Evaluate technician skills, identify knowledge gaps, and provide customized training solutions.


Develop and update training modules, SOPs, and repair guidelines based on latest industry standards and product updates.


Monitor adherence to repair quality standards, tools usage, and safety practices during technician training.


Act as a technical mentor and go-to expert for in-store staff, offering post-training guidance and support.


Coordinate with technical teams and product experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.


Submit training reports, skill assessments, and feedback for ongoing improvement of training programs.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in smartphone/mobile repair, including advanced diagnostics and board-level troubleshooting.


Previous experience as a Senior Engineer or Lead Technician in a service center or OEM-authorized repair facility.


Strong knowledge of repair processes for leading smartphone brands (Android).


Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to train individuals with varying skill levels.


Comfortable with extensive regional travel (up to 75%).


Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in field environments.


Basic proficiency in MS Office and use of digital tools for training/reporting.


Preferred Qualifications:


ITI/Diploma/B.tech in Electronics & Communication is mandatory. 


Repairing Engineers L1, L2, L3, L4 


OEM Certifications (Apple, Samsung, etc.) or technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Mobile Repair certifications).


Experience in technical training or team leadership.
