What Sintra.ai is building

Sintra is building AI assistants for more than 20,000+ small business owners worldwide. From social media, sales, recruiting, support and more. An intuitive & easy way to run automations, complete tasks and generate ideas. With integrations to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Drive, Calendar, Mail, Outlook and Notion.

We've launched the v1 of the product on May 15th, 2024 and ever since then we've had crazy traction – by becoming one of the fastest growing new AI startups in Europe. We've raised money from international VCs & angels (unannounced) and have been growing double digits MoM.

We believe the product is still in its infancy and there's so much more to build. Every line of code that you'll write will be shipped out to more than 20k customers all around the world.

⭐️ Small team. Our aim is to keep the team as small and as lean as possible with the best people that we can find. We believe in hiring less, but hiring better. We also look for the right culture and value fit. This enables us to move faster and work closer.

🫠 Not a 9-5. Building a startup is hard. Building a great startup is even harder. We want to build a generational company that we'd want to work in, and that our friends would want to work in.

✨ Close environment. You'll work directly with founders day-to-day. We have daily lunches with the entire team (covered by us). We have weekly all-hands team meetings. And we also have a finance review with the entire team. You'll build the company with us.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Mobile Developer (React Native) to take full ownership of our mobile experience across both iOS and Android. You’ll be the go-to person for all things mobile and work closely with the product and design teams to create beautiful, smooth, and emotion-driven user experiences.

Your mission will include:

• Owning and developing mobile stack for both Android and iOS using React Native.
• Collaborating with design to implement microinteractions and animations.
• Building new features on top of the existing app.
• Working closely with frontend engineers to align mobile and web experiences.
• Contributing ideas around product, UI/UX, and how we can elevate the mobile experience to match best-in-class apps.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native.
• Deep understanding of React Native fundamentals, mobile architecture, and cross-platform challenges.
• Experience building at least one mobile app from scratch.
• Experience with mobile UI/UX — you care about aesthetics and emotional design.
• Eye for detail, ergonomics, and experience design — you care not just about function, but how it feels.
• Experience working closely with product/design and iterating quickly on ideas.
• Experience working with Swift or Kotlin would be an advantage.
• Prior experience in early-stage environments or solo developer roles would be an advantage.

💸 Salary ranges from €5,000 to €8,000 depending on expertise and skill level.

🏥 Hybrid as **** there's not set hours, work from anywhere and come in whenever you like – if you ship results fast, we really don't care where you work from.

🥙 Lunch is with the whole team – we get freshly produced food by our lovely cooks who always put a lot of love and effort into what we eat.

🍕 Equity starts from 0.1–0.5% with standard terms, decided before end of trial.

🏋️ Personal trainer so you can go to the gym with a chosen gym buddy at the team and train with someone from the team, together. This is obviously optional.

✈️ Team travels are usually scheduled spontaneously. Last time we were in San Francisco, CA with the entire team.
