Location: Tan Binh Dist, HCM

Salary range: Up to 40 mil VND

On the job you will:

• Maintain and optimize existing mobile applications built on React Native to ensure performance, stability, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop a roadmap for transitioning the project to Flutter next year.
• Work with other team members to understand the requirements, technical solutions and deliver high-quality, well-tested code.
• Collaborate with other team members (backend, product, marketing, design) for external web services, operators who use internal operating services, and backend engineers who provide API.
• Work with the team to continuously improve our product’s UI and UX to bring the best experiences to users.
• Work closely with other junior engineers, and involve them in constructive and concise code reviews with peers, especially junior ones.
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end.
• Analyze, propose, and implement solutions to complex and flexible business features.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 4 years of React Native experience.
• Prior Flutter experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided during the transition.
• Solid understanding of HTTP design standards and experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly the ability to work in a squad to ensure delivering project OTIF.
• Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High adaptability and flexibility to rapid changes in the business.
• Detail-oriented and efficient time manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
