You should a developer at heart, who loves to experiment with frameworks, SDKs, APIs, knows JSON and REST like your own name and can write efficient bug free code in first attempt. Needless to say you should be good at data structures and advanced programming construts like anonymous types, LINQ, ORMs. You should know how to query DBs and process the data efficiently. Knowledge of debugging, writing unit tests and performance testing is a must. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and token based access is a plus.
