Mandatory Roles and Responsibilities: You will be required to take on multiple roles as a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with experience in both backend and frontend development, as well as a Technology Architect and Software Engineering Manager within a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Android Native, iOS Frameworks). As a versatile technology leader, your responsibilities will include: Technology Development: Lead the end-to-end software engineering development of a highly scalable cloud platform for web and mobile applications, encompassing technology architecture, product design, development, and deployment. Your involvement will be hands-on, from concept to final product delivery, including commercialization. Cloud Platform Development: Act as the technical architect for building a highly scalable SaaS cloud platform, including AWS cloud servers and database development. Front-End and Back-End Development: Design and develop front-end web architecture for e-commerce portals, user interactions on web pages, and back-end website applications. Server and Database Management: Create servers and databases to support application functionality, ensuring cross-platform optimization and application responsiveness. Collaboration and Design: Work closely with graphic designers to implement web design features, from project conception through to completion. Experience: Seeking candidates with experience in early to growth-stage tech startups, specifically in multi-role positions involving hands-on product development. Only experience in tech startup IT product development (Full Stack) will be considered for selection and compensation decisions. Required Experience: 2-10 years in software engineering and product development, primarily in web and mobile applications within tech startups or similar industries, utilizing cloud-based software technologies. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year as a Startup CTO, VP, AVP, Chief Architect, or Engineering Manager in software engineering and IT product development. Experience as a Software Technology Architect for at least 2 years and as a Solutions Architect for 1 year. 2-7 years as a Full Stack Developer (backend-focused) in a multi-role capacity. Experience developing cloud platform products from scratch. At least 1 year as a Software Engineering Head, Engineering Manager, or Lead Full Stack Developer in product engineering for web and mobile applications at an early to growth-stage company. Strong organizational and project management skills in software product engineering. Required Job Skillset: Proficiency in core front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in Angular JS. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks including Angular JS, React, and mobile development frameworks such as Flutter, Android Native, and iOS (Swift, Dart). Cloud experience with AWS services (e.g., AWS S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android development, Kotlin, React, and React Native. Testing Tools: Experience with testing tools like Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito, and Espresso. Excellent verbal communication skills. Qualifications: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field from a reputed engineering institute.
