The Mobile Employee Engagement Platform Product is a communication platform for businesses and their non-desk workforce. Non-desk employees, people who work with their hands, tools, machines, patients, and customers, have unique working environments and limited opportunities to communicate. Using desk-based platform tools to reach them can result in missed messages, delayed responses, and overall productivity loss.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience;
• Experience with iOS Development (Swift) – Senior level expertise.
• Experience with Android Development (Kotlin) – at least Middle+ level proficiency;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas, collaborate effectively, and provide constructive feedback;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
