Mobile App Developer (Flutter) – Mid to Senior Level

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer with strong expertise in Flutter to build, scale, and maintain high-quality mobile applications. As a mid to senior-level developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping product features, architecture, and mobile strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Optimize apps for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2 years using Flutter.

• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (BLoC, Provider, MVVM, etc.).

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backends.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

• Experience with publishing apps on App Store and Google Play.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile deployment is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with native Android/iOS development.

• Knowledge of clean architecture principles.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
