Role Summary:

Precize is seeking a skilled Front-End Developer( React-Native ) with 3-5 years of industry experience to lead our mobile application development efforts.This is a high-impact role focused on architecture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect React Native applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.
• Optimize app performance, addressing bottlenecks, crashes, and inefficiencies across multiple devices.
• Handle complex UI/UX implementations, ensuring pixel-perfect execution aligned with design specifications.
• Ensure code quality & documentation, enforcing clean architecture principles and coding standards.
• Drive technical ownership & accountability, making strategic frontend decisions and leading development efforts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align on business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and advancements in mobile application development.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility by testing and resolving issues across various browsers and platforms.
• Propose and implement improvements to the development processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and code quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of software development experience, with a focus on frontend architecture and mobile applications.
• Expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, Expo & CLI, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of native mobile development (Android/iOS), performance testing

and deployment.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
