Job Description:

We are a fast-growing developer agency seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Mobile App Developer to join our team. This is a strictly onsite position—ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative work environment and are ready to build high-performance, scalable, and beautiful mobile applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building Flutter applications (iOS & Android)
• Solid understanding of Dart language
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and state management (Provider, Bloc, etc.)
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Version control experience (Git)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience (more experienced candidates are highly preferred)

Terms & Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: ₦70,000
• Performance Bonus: ₦10,000 – ₦70,000
• (Based on speed, quality of work, and overall contribution)
• Feeding & Accommodation: Fully provided (3 meals daily + housing)
• Work Arrangement: base on your self energy time — Mon - Sat
• (Relocation required to join the development team)

Your Role Will Include:

• Reviewing and contributing to production-level design and architecture
• Collaborating with other developers on tasks and integrations
• Independently selecting and working on modules at your own convenience
• Supporting team goals and accelerating product development timelines

You will be joining a vibrant team onsite of 15 active developers, with plans to grow as we push toward a major more product launch.
