Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile App Developer (Mid to Senior level) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Android and iOS development, with proven experience in building and deploying scalable, high-quality mobile applications. You will play a key role in the development lifecycle—from concept and design to testing and deployment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms (native or using cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter/React Native).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define app features and user experience.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Ensure app reliability, usability, and security across multiple devices and OS versions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Contribute to code reviews, mentoring junior developers when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proficient in Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS, OR strong experience in Flutter / React Native for cross-platform development.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of mobile architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data handling.
• Familiarity with app store deployment processes (Play Store and App Store).
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Published one or more apps on Google Play and/or Apple App Store.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and in-app purchases.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead small teams if required.
