The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and be happy to commute within Southeast England.

\n\nThe successful candidate will be carrying out Maintenance, Install and Reactive tasks across the portfolio.\n\nThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have experience in commercial maintenance.\n\nThis position would be ideal for a AC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. \n\nIn return the company are offering a salary up to £47,000 with overtime, progression, Van + Fuel card provided as well.\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities: \n\nPPM's and Reactive works\nHVAC Maintenance\nAHU's & FCU's\nSplits/VRF's\nUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site information\nUpdating site logbooks\nProvide further works reports where required \nCompleting all works to a high standard \nEnsure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks \nRequired Skills: \n\nLevel 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning \nF-Gas Cat 1\nWorking experience in a Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services environment \nProviding technical support to administration staff as required. \n Benefits: \n\nOvertime available\nProgression\nCompany pension \nTraining provided \nTools provided\n22 days holiday + Bank Holiday
