Job Overview We are looking to hire a highly motivated and skilled Certification Assistant to support our Certification Manager in ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a focus on cybersecurity, and possess excellent English communication skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and international environment. Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist the Certification Manager in maintaining and implementing IT security policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with MLPS (Multi-Level Protection Scheme) and ISO 27001 standards.
• Support the management of cross-border data handling and conduct Personal Information Protection Impact Assessments (PIPIA).
• Monitor and maintain network security devices, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Perform routine operational and maintenance tasks on Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports in English, detailing security assessments and compliance status.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in generative artificial intelligence, and assess their impact on our security framework. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, Information Security, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of IT-related work experience.
• Familiarity with MLPS (CCPS) and ISO 27001 standards is required.
• Experience with generative artificial intelligence, cross-border data handling, or PIPIA is highly preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT, with hands-on experience in network security device operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear and concise technical reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of international standard and regulations is highly appreciated
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus.
• Experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment.
