Your Mission:

As a Machine Learning Engineer in our Data Team, you collaborate with data platform engineering and product development to align and integrate Data Science products. You provide consultancy and support to Data Scientists to create production-ready machine learning models.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

• You handle the technical design and development of Data Science products, incorporating machine learning and software development best practices.
• You ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of cloud-based Data Science software.
• You implement security and threat protection measures to protect our customers data.
• You optimize MLOps/DevOps approaches, including CI/CD and automated testing, for fast provision and continual enhancement of machine learning models.
• You develop and maintain monitoring and alarm systems, ensuring efficient performance and timely issue identification.
• You enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of Data Science products in the cloud.
  
  

Your Qualification:

• You possess a degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, a technical field, or a related discipline with relevant professional experience.
• You demonstrate experience in overcoming challenges in Data Science product delivery and leading complex projects in cross-functional team settings to completion.
• You have strong fundamentals in software architecture, design patterns, and algorithms, combined with a profound knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and statistical concepts.
• You are proficient in Python, SQL/NoSQL, and in machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, pytorch, Hugging Face, etc.
• You are skilled with software development tools and MLOps tools (see below “Our Tech Stack”).
• You showcase expertise in cloud environments, especially AWS, with a solid understanding of the nuances of cloud services, and comfort with IaaC.

• Experience with these tools is a plus, but we value your ability to design and implement systems with similar tools and discuss design trade-offs in each product category, possibly suggesting improvements to our stack.
