Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations & MIS Manager to join a dynamic Food & Beverage enterprise operating at the airport. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, improving process efficiency, and managing management information systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end operations at airport F&B outlets ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Design, manage, and optimize MIS reports to track performance metrics and KPIs.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with airport regulations and food safety standards.
• Work closely with finance and inventory teams to align operational and financial planning.
• Lead SOP development and team training to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Operations and MIS, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in managing high-footfall, high-paced environments like airports is a plus.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
