Job Description: Looking for a skilled Executive - MIS & Reporting to join our team on an off-roll payroll basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player, efficient in daily reporting, and proficient in Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

• Manage and enhance daily MIS reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2- 3 years of experience in MIS and reporting.
• Knowledge of call center and WFM reporting.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (added advantage).
