Regional Controller - Lyra Technology Group

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Regional Controller to join our growing team. This individual will be working with one of our Regional CEOs as an integral team member of our finance group. In addition to consulting on day-to-day accounting operations, this individual will liaise with our Mideast-based accounting teams on reporting, analysis and financial operations. The Regional Controller will consult with finance teams in their region and receive significant exposure to the organization. We are seeking a creative problem solver with a growth mindset, as this opportunity represents a fast track to higher-level accounting and finance opportunities.

Your work as a Regional Controller will include several components:

• Partner with finance teams on the development of Accounting and Finance Standard Operating Procedures, including recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes
• Coach and develop finance professionals through skill enhancement, subject matter knowledge, abilities, and financial aptitude
• Consult with our Operating Companies on their accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting operations
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including Operating Companies, investors, auditors, and financial institutions
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in progressive leadership roles
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
• Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant)
  
  

We are looking for a self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented problem solver who is excited about “rolling up their sleeves” in an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment. The role requires someone who can excel as an individual contributor, project leader, and holding company representative to company employees and leaders. Understanding of US GAAP accounting is necessary.

This position is hybrid or remote based out of the Mideastern Sector within the United States. The base compensation range for this position is $120-140,000.
