Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D team on product design and development, focusing on compressor design and innovation, including structural design, material selection, process flow, and technical evaluation of product development.
• Participate in the formulation and execution of relevant changes and improvement measures for product R&D to enhance product quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
• Assist in resolving issues during the product development process and propose improvement suggestions and measures.
• Mentor employees to empower their growth by providing professional guidance and technical advice specifically on refrigerator compressor development.
• Lead in addressing core problems and improvements, take charge of solving key issues encountered during the R&D process, and provide directional advice.
• Mentor senior and advanced members within the team, offer professional technical support, and conduct methodological training related to technical directions for team members.
