Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. You are a Middleware Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting middleware-related issues to ensure high availability and performance. This role involves upgrading various middleware technologies, scripting, and providing production support for middleware components. The Middleware Engineer will also manage middleware applications, perform capacity planning, and integrate middleware applications with ticketing tools for automated incident generation. Qualification Basic Qualifications: * Minimum 7+ years of work experience * IBM WebSphere Administration experience * Apache Tomcat Administration experience * Pega Operations experience * IT Operations experience * High School Diploma / GED Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
