Role: Middleware Engineer

JD for Middleware Engineer

Must Have skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience

• Experience in Installing and configuring IBM Websphere application server, IBM HTTP server, Jboss, Apache and Tomcat
• Troubleshoot issues related to IBM WAS, Http Server, Tomcat, Apache
• Able to manage deployments on IBM WAS, Jboss AS and Tomcat.
• Creating Clusters in IBM Websphere Application server
• Analyse and resolve the infrastructure and application server issues
• Create and manage the Nodes, Application Server’s, Cluster’s and Deploy J2EE applications
• Fix packs for the Application server and Webserver.
• Configuring of JDBC providers, Data source, Virtual Hosting and Global Security, SSL
• Implement horizontal and vertical clustering, Workload Management(WLM) to make an application Highly available
• Maintaining production & preview environment based on alerts given by the Monitoring tools
• Experience in SSL configuration (CSR generation and SSL installation)
• Analysis of errors and RCA preparation
• Deploying ear/war files to the applications on various environments including production
