Summary

Are you ready to revolutionize microbiology monitoring in factories? Spore.Bio is actively seeking a talented and passionate Middleware Engineer to be part part of the development of our cutting-edge solution. Join our dynamic team of R&D experts and product managers and play a key role in shaping the future of industrial microbiology.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize software in C#C, and Python.
  • Improve existing architecture and participate in structuring architecture for next developments (f.e. by deploying PTP between devices).
  • Ensure the design and development of reliable and maintainable software modules.
  • Conduct code testing and validation.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions.
  • Write clear and accessible technical documentation.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in C development for Cortex-M7: low-level, unmanaged and with limited resources.
  • Experience in an object-oriented language (preferentially C#, Python or both).
  • Ability to read datasheets and specifications from manufacturers.
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and rigor.


Bonus skills

  • Experience with embedded systems with real-time constraints (Zephyr, FreeRTOS).
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
  • Experience with communication protocols (Ethernet, UDP, TCP/IP)
