• Knowledge in Mssql – Backup, restore, script execution.
• Understanding of how wildly works and its directory structure.
• Good Knowledge in IIS server - Application pool, sites, Bindings.
• Good knowledge in Middleware Components (Tomcat/Jboss/Apache/ /IIS/wildfly).
• Understanding of ITIL process.
• Ticketing tools like - Service Now (Preferred).
• Knowledge in Monitoring tools like Logic monitor. Etc
• Knowledge on Windows / Linux Patching.
• Basic knowledge in shell / bash or PowerShell scripting.
• Basic knowledge in Jenkins
