About the Project:

DWH. We are currently looking for a Middle+/Senior Product Analyst who will help us improve the CRYPTO exchange platform and other products, identify weak points in the conversion funnel, discover growth opportunities, and define clear technical requirements for the development team to enhance data collection.

Competencies / Technical Stack:

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (Client/Server Side), Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Hotjar, A/B testing, SQL (BigQuery), Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib), Tableau, Metabase, event-based analytics, data validation, conversion funnel analysis, technical documentation.

Job mission:

• Optimize data collection and analytics processes to improve user experience, conversion rates, and decision-making for the crypto exchange platform.

Must-haves:

• At least 3 years of experience in product analytics (experience in cryptocurrency platforms is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) (Client/Server Side); Firebase for mobile traffic analysis, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Hotjar for tracking acquisition channels and user behavior.
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing and analyzing test results.
• Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and analysis, experience working with BigQuery or other data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib) for data processing and analysis.
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Ability to define technical requirements for developers to ensure proper analytics setup and data collection.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large datasets and derive insights based on statistical analysis.
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher (ability to communicate with international teams, document analysis, and reporting).

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of machine learning principles and predictive user behavior models.
• Previous experience with crypto and fintech products.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior on the exchange’s website and mobile app.
• Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel, uncover weak points, and suggest optimizations.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests, validating product hypotheses based on data.
• Define clear technical requirements for developers regarding event-based analytics and data collection.
• Work with product analytics tools to assess user engagement and the effectiveness of platform changes.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Power BI).
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure high-quality analysis and data-driven decision-making.
