Functions (duties and responsibilities):
Ability to cover a variety of Back Office tasks such as:
Corporate Actions management
Delivery Free of Payment transactions supervision
Payment transactions supervision and Front Office support in solving issues with Payment Transactions
Credit Cards management
Trailer Fees supervision and update in the Core Banking System
Securities Master File maintenance
Cash and Securities reconciliation
Cash Payments support
Your profile:
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
Experience working with Avaloq core banking system
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, etc…)
Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
In addition to English and German knowledge, Spanish is well appreciated.
Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality
