[We are looking for engineers who can work in Singapore as a contracted employee]

We are looking for candidates who can handle a help desk support position, troubleshooting PC, network, or hardware/software issues.

We also expect an Infrastructure or Network Engineer who can independently resolve server (Windows/Linux) or network issues (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

Relevant Experience/Skills:

◆ Experience as a desktop support engineer

◆ 3+ years of experience in either server or networking

◆ Quick decision-making and independent troubleshooting

◆ Ability to manage various shifts with flexibility, maintaining punctuality and reliability

◆ Clear communication during handovers, precise documentation, and proficiency in English (Japanese is a plus) for international teams

◆ Strong teamwork skills to ensure smooth shift transitions and maintain support across teams

◆ Skilled in identifying, logging, and escalating issues, with knowledge of escalation protocols

◆ Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers

◆ Familiarity with network devices (Cisco Routers/Switches, Juniper SRX Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, Fortinet Firewalls)

◆ Log and server status analysis

◆ Experience with handling ticket systems

◆ Experience in implementing hardware or storage solutions in data centers.
