In this role, you will contribute, develop and grow the Mid Market & overall portfolio in NL by providing Prospects, coverting sales and operational relationship management to external brokers & direct Customers.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets by negotiating and closing new business and renewal opportunities for all SEFE products, identifying and resolving sales related queries and ensuring that a strong relationship is maintained and developed across each of your brokers & customers to ensure SEFE Energy are their primary choice of supplier.
As a BDM you will also be responsible for identifying opportunities in the NL Market, product development, market intel to accelerate the growth of the Mid Market NL portfolio, alongside several tasks to ensure the team runs efficiently such as identifying and delivering automation and process improvement, reporting on team performance, onboarding of new team employees, supporting and coaching other team members and being a key stakeholder in key projects.
- Build strong relationships with partners and customers to increase conversion and achieve targets
- Identify opportunities in the market and develop the Mid Market products, portfolio and brand awareness in the market
- Work with Marketing Team to devise and implement strategies to increase sales conversion
- Take ownership for identifying customer service issues impacting upon your broker portfolio and work with your operational colleagues to address and improve these
- Work with our Sales Performance Team to provide regular reports on the performance of your partner portfolio
- Drive growth across all SEFE products: Gas, Power, energy efficiency, hydrogen, solar etc.
What You Will Bring
- Proven track record in third party business development / sales account management
- Strong knowledge of the B2B gas and power including energy transition market(s)
- Previous experience of delivering solutions for complex issues
- Experience of supporting/leading a small team
- The ability to deliver sales through effective relationship management
- The ability to hit individual targets to play your part in the success of the overal team
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of SalesForce (desirable)
