Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain banking-related systems and applications
- Write high-quality, maintainable Java code while ensuring system performance and stability
- Collaborate with teams and clients in China, understanding and implementing business requirements
- Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges
Requirements:
✔ Language Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken) for effective communication with China-based teams and clients
✔ Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years of Java development experience (prior banking/financial system experience is a plus)
- Strong core Java knowledge (OOP, multithreading, JVM memory management, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, MyBatis, and other mainstream frameworks
- Proficient in RDBMS (MySQL/Oracle) and SQL optimization
- Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab)
- Knowledge of ELK stack for logging and APM tools for performance monitoring
✔ Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in distributed systems
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Understanding of financial/banking domain
✔ Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and learning agility
- Proactive attitude in client interactions and issue resolution
