Job Title: Mid-Level Inside Sales Representative –
Segment: Commercial Food Service Equipment
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Foodservice equipment segment. This role is critical in supporting outside sales efforts by managing customer relationships and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Location: Lewisville, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site (8:30am- 5 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, representatives, dealers, and distributors.
· Provide detailed product information, pricing, and quotes to customers and partners.
· Collaborate with sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
· Maintain documentation of sales programs in different regions as directed by the VP of Sales.
· Review and process sales orders, ensuring all required information is complete.
· Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed.
· Monitor scheduled shipping dates and coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery.
· Resolve customer issues in collaboration with the VP of Sales and Regional Sales Manager.
· Work with appropriate departments and Rep/Dealer network to coordinate problem resolution.
· Maintain sales activity records and prepare related reports.
· Update and manage leads through CRM software and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Work closely with Accounts Receivable to assist with invoice collections.
· Support product demos, scheduling, and equipment returns for the sales team.
· Help Marketing Dept to organize trade shows and other marketing events.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience: Previous: experience in inside sales, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment or the food service industry.
Skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
· Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. (English is required)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; College/University degree is a plus.
