Anywise is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with a front-end focus and a strong interest or experience in AI application development. You’ll be joining a small, sharp, and purpose-led team working across projects in government and infrastructure — building modern apps, including AI-powered solutions that solve real-world problems.

You’ll work closely with our senior developer to shape architecture and design, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong engineering culture. This role is ideal for someone who can work autonomously, is eager to learn and grow with emerging technologies, and is excited by both product and purpose.

• Languages: C#
• Frameworks: .NET, MAUI / Blazor Hybrid (experience here is a bonus – not essential)
• Database: SQL Server, SQl Lite - a bonus, SQL Query Writing
• AI: Exposure to machine learning libraries or integrating AI/LLM APIs is highly valued

You’ll help build and maintain internal tools, field-ready platforms, and prototypes using modern technologies – and have the opportunity to lead on select AI initiatives.

• Building and refining front-end interfaces with a focus on usability and performance
• Diving into the backend when needed to support business logic and integrations
• Contributing to the development of AI-driven features and tools
• Collaborating with our senior developer to design scalable systems
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their growth
• Working independently within a supportive, values-aligned team

• 3–5+ years’ experience in software development
• Solid experience with C# and .NET
• Front-end development experience (preferably Blazor, MAUI, or modern web frameworks)
• Some SQL/database proficiency
• Experience working on or integrating AI-powered applications (Beneficial)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for mentoring junior developers
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Must have the ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
