A national modern mutual insurance company is looking for a fulltime Data Engineer to join their team. This company, located in Allentown, PA is provides a wide range of products and services, and is devoted to keeping their customers protected.

In this role, you will join a growing Data team and help in designing building and maintaining data pipelines that power their use cases. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with data science and BI teams to understand business processes and data needs. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar role.
• Proficient with SQL, Python, PySpark and bash scripts.
• Experience with the design and development of ETL/ELT process.
• Experience working in a Datawarehouse.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
