Responsibilities * Develop technical drawings throughout all project phases. * Provide experiential and technical knowledge to solve design and construction issues. * Communicate priorities to internal and external project teams. * Ensure quality work products. * Develop and enforce CAD/Revit standards. * Assist in preparing project schedules and implementing project work plans. * Interact with outside consultants and agencies. * Collaborate with a team on larger projects. Essential Skills * Degree in Architecture from an accredited university. * 5 to 10 years of experience in production and coordination of documents across all phases of architectural practice. * Experience in commercial, healthcare, and industrial architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a plus. * Ability to work on multiple projects across various phases. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in multifamily projects is a plus. * Advanced knowledge of CAD and Revit software. * Proficient in development and documentation standards for design and construction drawings. * Understanding of technical terminology in the architectural and construction industry. * Ability to prepare complex plans, elevations, and details. * Thorough knowledge of applicable building codes for independent code analysis and compliance. * Capability to review submittals and shop drawings during construction.
