Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mid-level - Angular UI Developer in Westlake, TX. Key Tasks: * Communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners * Collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features * Decomposing sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions * API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, GraphQL, NodeJS) * Appreciation for and alignment to standard methodologies regarding object-oriented design, coding standards, RESTful service consumption and integration, common design patterns, secure application development, and test coverage* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred * 5+ years of experience; With a focus in financial services applications is a plus * Demonstrated experience in communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners * Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features * Extensive experience decomposing sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions * Experience with modern MV/SPA JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, React JS), prefer Angular * Experience with API Design & Development and Microservices Architecture (Java, REST, GraphQL, NodeJS) * Experience with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: Java EE, Apache Tomcat, Spring MVC/Spring Boot, Logback, SLF4j, Maven * A demonstrable understanding of the Agile software development methodology * Robust critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and to engage with peers in technical and design discussions * Client-side language, library, and framework proficiency: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS * Experience in LLM/AI platform plus
