Pre-Sales Engineer - Micro tunneling

We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially driven Pre-Sales Engineer to support the expansion of our microtunneling business across Italy and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on engineering knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills, and who thrives in a client-facing, international, and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Management of national and international sales activities related to Micro-tunneling.
• Development of new customers and collaborate with them for custom projects.
• Provide technical support to the sales team during the negotiation process.
• Coordinate with engineering and project departments to validate custom solutions and prepare quotation.
• Maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle, including after-sales support.
• Participate in trade shows, technical events, and site visits.

Profile requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering (technical diplomas with significant experience will also be considered).
• Previous experience in technical and/or commercial roles within trenchless technology, micro tunneling, or underground construction equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, drilling technologies, or underground installations.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required
