Solutions Engineer
Position Overview
The Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support in the implementation of software solutions for our clients. This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, designing solutions that leverage our technology offerings, and ensuring successful deployment and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their technical needs.
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, Power BI, and Azure.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on deployed solutions.
- Ensure the integration of solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Work closely with the development team to optimize application performance and resolve issues.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and support processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, Power BI, and Azure.
- Experience with server management and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in Professional Services or SaaS environments.
