We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise collaboration platforms. You will lead the architecture and development of M365 solutions, including SharePoint (Online and On-Prem), Power Platform, and related services, ensuring scalability, governance, and user adoption. You'll work closely with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs, lead platform administration, and drive innovation across the Microsoft services environment.

skills and experience required:

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint (Online/On-Prem) development and administration
• Expertise in solution design using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Designer
• Proficient in M365 integrations, workflows, and user access/security management
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance, upgrades, and environment migrations
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and user training
• Technical leadership with hands-on project and team management experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, and SPFx is an added advantage
