Summary

As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve utilizing modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Your typical day will include collaborating with Application Development Teams to provide innovative solutions, leveraging a cloud-first and mobile-first approach. You will also participate in Agile methodologies to ensure value creation across diverse projects, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and systems.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformations as needed.


Additional Information:

  • Experience in ADF and Azure Data Bricks.
  • Has experience in working with difference data sources (Dynamics, GA4, BigQuery)
  • Good to know: SFMC, GA4 and BigQuery data models
  • Data Modelling: Designing and building data models that enable efficient data analysis, including creating relationships between different data tables and optimizing data structures for performance.
  • Data Transformations: Skills in cleaning, shaping, and transforming data via Power Query, DAX or M language. This allows data to be prepared for analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of Data Visualization Principles in Power BI: Knowing how to create visually appealing and informative reports. This involves selecting the right type of visualizations and designing reports that effectively communicate data insights.
