Key Responsibilities

Strategic Architecture

• Develop and own the roadmap for Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) platform strategy.
• Ensure a secure, resilient, and scalable environment with strong tenant governance.
• Evaluate and integrate new features and industry best practices into platform architecture.

Service Ownership

• Act as the service owner for the Microsoft Entra tenant.
• Manage configuration, monitoring, operations, and service support.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operations and continual service enhancements.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Establish strong relationships across infrastructure and IT teams.
• Communicate roadmap transparency and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Liaise with vendors to manage delivery and ensure high performance.

Budget Management

• Take full ownership of the budget related to IAM consulting, services, and projects.
• Manage planning and compliance with financial and operational guidelines.
• Oversee external resource allocation in line with business goals.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Significant experience architecting and managing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Proven experience in service and project management within an enterprise environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex topics to stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale IAM initiatives.
