Job Title: Microsoft Endpoint Engineer

Location: Sunrise, FL (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Endpoint Engineer to support our global initiative to optimize and secure Microsoft technology environments across the enterprise. You will be a key member of the IT Security and Engineering team, responsible for deploying and managing Microsoft security solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Microsoft security solutions across enterprise environments.
• Improve end-user experiences by designing and maintaining secure solution architectures.
• Deploy Microsoft Purview Information Protection, DLP, lifecycle management, and records management configurations.
• Implement and manage Azure data governance solutions.
• Conduct security audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain compliance with internal security policies and industry regulations.
• Provide technical support and security guidance across departments.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Stay informed on emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user device engineering.
• Hands-on experience as a Microsoft Security Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft security tools and services such as:
• Microsoft Purview
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Azure data governance
• Lifecycle and records management
• Experience with virtual desktop environments:
• Microsoft AVD, Windows 365, Amazon Workspaces, Hyper-V, VMWare
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):

• Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
• AWS Solutions Architect
• CompTIA Network+, A+, or equivalent
