💻 Microsoft Dynamics NAV / BC Developer | Up to $130,000 | Hybrid (On-site as and when needed)

I’m working with a Microsoft Dynamics Consultancy who’s looking to bring on a Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Developer to help drive forward their internal system improvements and upcoming project pipeline.

This role will suit someone who knows their way around both legacy NAV systems and the newer BC platform – someone who can confidently own the codebase, deliver clean and efficient solutions, and collaborate closely with the wider tech and functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing, modifying, and maintaining solutions within Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Business Central
• Working with AL, C/AL, C/SIDE, and understanding the upgrade paths from NAV to BC
• Supporting integrations with external systems via APIs, web services, and extensions
• Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Consultants, Analysts, and End Users
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Getting stuck into projects – from new implementations to continuous improvement

You’ll bring:

• Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Business Central
• Fluency in AL, C/AL, C/SIDE, and exposure to modern development tools (Visual Studio Code, Git, Docker)
• Solid understanding of extensions, customizations, upgrades, and system architecture
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for doing things the right way
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively

The offer: 💰 Up to $130,000 salary
