Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process; · Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements; · Work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment; · Work across multiple functional projects to understand data usage and implications for data migration; · Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities; · Work with customers in gathering technical requirements for data migration needs; · Share knowledge with team members and develop customer solutions efficiently; · Perform source system data analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping; · Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another; · Creation of end-user documentation for the new repository, as well as mentoring & training as needed; · Attaching metadata to documents by analysing their content or working with knowledgeable owners or teams; · Identify and troubleshoot migration issues, including data quality and integrity, and implement appropriate solutions. · Updating and maintaining a database of records which index and reference archived documents; Migration of key documents from legacy tools to a common SharePoint-based repository by following established processes. · Supporting business development activity as appropriate e.g. providing time and cost estimates Required Experience Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server with at least 5 years’ experience of working in data migration · Ability to build pipelines using Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) · Strong knowledge of SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) tools · Strong T-SQL skills with a proclivity for stored procedures and dynamic query writing Working knowledge of SSIS or similar integration packages · Experience with APIs and ETL tools · Experience in solution design, analysis, development and testing with good knowledge of database techniques Comfortable working with large and complex data sets · Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems or malfunctions of feed related systems applications · Excellent problem-solving skills and logical process thinking Experience of working in an Agile development environment · Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) · Minimum of 5 years of overall technical experience is required · Effective engagement with client, supplier and embracent colleagues across different levels · Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success · Team player · Good time-management skills · Great interpersonal and communication skills Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday UK shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 8 years (Preferred) software development: 8 years (Preferred) Microsoft Dynamics 365: 7 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9513336267
