MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead with strong leadership skills to join our team. This role requires someone who can quickly ramp up on project-level customizations, and lead a CRM development team (3-4 developers and 2-3 testers).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform to support business and technical needs.
Analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult with stakeholders on CRM operations.
Own and deliver software enhancements using Dynamics 365 CE features.
Define design approaches and optimize solutions across technologies.
Apply Agile development practices and track project progress.
Collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Communicate clearly and liaise directly with client stakeholders.
Lead a team of developers, ensuring successful delivery of the overall solution.
Manage offshore teams while working from an onshore location.
Handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and team leadership.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Expertise in SOA-based architecture, REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Model Binding, and asynchronous programming.
Strong knowledge of SSRS, CRM Reports, and integrations with Azure tools & technologies.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Nice to Have):
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications.
Experience integrating .NET applications via APIs.
Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC framework.
Skills in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and MVC architecture.
