Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant - Manufacturing Consultant - Germany or Austria or Switzerland
Are you a seasoned expert in production processes with hands-on experience in ERP systems? A globally active consultancy is looking for a specialist ERP Consultant to join its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM practice. In this role, your deep domain expertise in manufacturing and production will play a critical part in delivering tailored, future-ready ERP solutions to clients across various industries.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the design and implementation of integrated ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on production and manufacturing modules.
- Advising clients on the optimization of production-related processes during ERP implementations, from both a theoretical/process perspective and a system-side configuration standpoint.
- Creating functional solution designs in collaboration with clients and aligning across multiple workstreams.
- Supporting project leadership through planning, tracking, and reporting responsibilities.
- Contributing to presales engagements and supporting client service needs post-go-live.
- Preparing and delivering training sessions and coordinating system tests and user acceptance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Extensive, in-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production processes—both conceptual and practical—with a strong understanding of their representation and integration in ERP systems.
- Several years of hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, specifically within the production/supply chain domain.
- Strong familiarity with value flows and system architecture within ERP environments.
- Proven ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical and business topics.
- Experience collaborating within agile and cross-functional teams.
Your Profile:
- Strong communication skills in English and German (B2 level or above in both languages).
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.
- Enthusiasm for working with clients and helping them solve complex challenges.
- Openness to travel, depending on project needs.
