Overview:

We are currently partnering with a leading Microsoft Solutions provider seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) Consultant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on end-to-end implementation projects, contribute to client success, and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on business requirements
• Customise forms, workflows, business rules, and entities
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting
• Translate business needs into functional solutions

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Strong expertise in customisation, configuration, and solution design
• Experience with workflows, Power Automate, business rules, and basic scripting (JavaScript)
• Understanding of CRM project delivery cycles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in team environments
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Certification in Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Power Platform
