Your role
In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 FO.
• Strong proficiency across areas of Supply Chain including Inventory Management, Procurement, Production, Quality and Warehouse Management
• Should be able to articulate well, assess target audience needs and communicate properly
• Experience in business analysis or functional consulting in multiple areas of ERP Business Processes, functional design, testing, UAT and support experience
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile project methodology
Preferred
• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Project Management.
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
